Intake Expenses

Processing Fee: $160.00
Initial 2 Weeks Rent: $240.00
Initial 2 Weeks Food: $30.00
Security Deposit: $100.00
Counseling Set‐up: $40.00
Intake Total: $570.00^*

*Separate Air Conditioner fees may apply.

Weekly Expenses

Rent: $120.00
Food: $20.00
Weekly Total: $140.00^**

**An additional $5.00 per week is charged when Air Conditioning is in use.

Transportation Fees

Pick‐up within 75 miles: $75.00
Pick‐up beyond 75 miles: TBD

Representative Fees

Court Appearance^†: TBD

A Few Notes on Resident Expenses

Choices is a private facility which does not currently accept payments from insurance companies. Money may be available through state grants though.
All Intake Fees are due and payable prior to commencing residency in a Choices recovery house.
Choices accepts all major credit cards as a form of payment for any expense.
There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
