Resident Contract

A copy of the Choices Recovery House Residency Contract is provided on this site for potential residents to see what will be expected of them during their residency in one of Choices’ recovery homes. The contract outlines the relationship between the resident and the recovery house, but it is not the exhaustive list of all rules and regulations that apply during residency.

Some key points are:

  • THE USE AND/OR POSESSION OF DRUGS AND/OR ALCOHOL IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EXPULSION. MEN ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES OF FEMALE CHOICES HOUSES AND WOMEN ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES OF MALE CHOICES HOUSES AT ANY TIME.
  • Persons who have been convicted of a sex offense, arson, or violent crime, may not obtain residency at any home operated by Choices Recovery House.
